Dr. Luis Burzio, Andes Biotechnologies’ Head of Preclinical Research and inventor of the Company’s core technology,  has been appointed as an international member of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK) becoming the first Latin American scientist to receive this major recognition.

The Royal Society of Medicine was established in the 18º century and is one of the most important centers of postgraduate medical education in the world. Independent and apolitical, the Society promotes an exchange of information and ideas on the science, practice and organization of medicine.
